Designer biscuits


kids will love it....


Try...
rubbing together 150 g unsalted butter and 175g plain flour in a mixing bowl,Add 50g caster sugar and bring the mixture together to form a stiff dough.Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thickness and cut into circles with a 6cm cutter.Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180'c  for 12 minutes until golden brown.

cool on a wire rack, roll out icing rounds, gently warm some apricots jams in the microwave,then spread over each biscuits and top with icing rounds, and decorated.
