sweetcorn soup
recipe
Ingredient:
fresh or frozen crabmeat
pint of water
canned sweetcorn,drained.
salt, pepper
cornflour, dissolved in 3 tablespoon of water.
1 eggs, beaten
method.
1.if using crabmeat, blanch the flesh in boiling water for 30 seconds.remove with a slooted spoon and set aside.
2.in a large saucepan, bring the water to the boil with the crab amd sweetcorn andd simmer for 2 minutes.season with salt, and pepper.Stir in cornflour,until the sopu is thickened.Rapidly stir in eggs and serve.
