Mango pudding

mango pudding


Mango pudding is popular dessert in Hongkong,singapore, malaysia, macau, and is often found in dim sum restourant around the world.

The fresh variant is prepared by the restaurant or eatery and consists of agar or gelatin, fresh mangoes, evaporated milk and sugar.

I made this mango pudding  from fresh manggo, so it has rich and creamy texture.

Recipe.

use pure blended mango.
add the mango cubes as you like.
add gelatine, or you can use jelly
evaporated milk
whipped cream ( if you like)
vanila ice cream (optional)
sugar

METHOD:
Mix water, gelatine, sugar in pan.Boil in slow fire until sugar and gelatine dissolve

leave the mixture to cool, add the mago pure, mango cubes  and evaporated milk or ice cream (you can use both if you like milky)

stir mixture until all is melted.pour into a small cup, and put in fridge until ready

serve and enjoy
