Plum dessert

Do you know the good food with make a good body as well.
Today, I will go with Plum fruit, how the taste can be great on dessert.
look at this recipe

Ingredient.
55 g plain wholemeal flour
25 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
125 ml semi-skimmed milk
1 tsp sunflower oil
4-5 ripe, sweet red dessert plums.(halved and stoned)
icing sugar for dusting

Method
1.Preheat oven to 220'c/fan200'c.mark 7, combine flour,caster sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
2.Make awell in centre of flour mixture,break in egg and add a little milk,beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon.Gradually beat in remaining milk,drawing flour in from sides to make a smooth batter.
3.Put oil in a shallow 18cm square non stick cake tin,heat in oven for 2-3 minutes or until hot.Quickly and carefully place plum halves,cut sides down,over base tin,pour batter evenly over fruit.
4.Bake for about 25 minutes or until pudding is cooked,risen,and nicely browned.Dust with sifted icing sugar if desired, cut into a portion and serve.
