Mee goreng with stir fry beef
Mee Goreng
Ingredient.
Hokkien nooddles
vegetable oil
garlic, crushed
fresh ginger ,grated
lime leaves, chopped finely
red capsicum
onion, chopped coarsely
bean sprouts
sweet soya sauce
Method.
1.place noodles in large heatproof bowl,cover with boiling water, stand until tender, drain.
2.meanwhile,heat vegetable oil in awok or large frying pan,strir fry garlic, ginger,lime leaves,capsicum 2 minutes.
3.add onion, sprouts and noodles, stir to combine blend cornlour with kecap manis,add water,cook,strring,until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
Stir Fry beef
Ingredient
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
1 egg white
beef fillet, thinly
fresh ginger,sliced thinly
cooking salt
green onion
water
oyester sauce.
Method.
1.combine garlic, cornflour,soda and egg white in large bowl, add beef .mix well.Cover and refrigenerate 30 minutes.
2.Combine ginger and salt in a small bowl,cover,stand,20 minutes.Rinse ginger under water,drain,pat a dery with absorbed paper.
3.cut onions ,heat a wok,add onion and ginger,cook , stirring.remove from wook.
4.reheat same wok,add beef mixture with water,cook,stirring,over high heat until beef just tender. Add onion,ginger,and oyster sauce,cook,stirring until heatd through.
