here some recipee dressing from yasai soba, I got from one of my japannese friend..
easy..
use:
teriyaki sauce
lemongrass stalk,outler leaves removed finely sliced
peeled and grated fresh ginger root
put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until blended.
