How to make dipping sauce?
250 gram red chiilies
5 garlic chopped
100 gr light brown sugar
2 teaspoonfull wihite wine vinegar
method
combine everything in a small pan with around 150 ml water, bring to boil and simmer over the moderate heat until soft, about 5 minuted. Blender and season with scant teaspoon salt.Return to the pan, simmer further 10 minutes. allow to cool and refrigenerate.

This is one of brand chili sauce usually I use in my kitchen, originally produce from thai,taste have distinctive flavour because use a lot of garlic, usually you can found it at thai supermarket, or other asian supermarket.
