Salmon teriyaki

Teriyaki as well known japanese dish. ehich use a sweet and shiny sauce for marinating as well as fror glazing ingredients.




Ingredient
salmon fillet with the skin on
a cup of breansprounts,washed
snow peas,trimmed
carrot, cut into thin strips.
salt

sauce:
use teriyaki sauce
shoyu,sake ,mirin, caster sugar.
mixed all ingredient for the teriyaki sauce.

method:
Place the salmon fillet in shallow glass.Pour over tthe teriyaki sauce.
leave for marinate 30 minutes.

Boil the vegetables in lightly salted water. keep warm

preheat the grill to medium , take te salmon fillet out from the sauce and pat dry with kitchen apaper.reserve the sauce.lightly oil grilling tray. grill the salmon about 7 minutes, do until both golden sides.

pour the sauce into the pan. add the remaining sugar and heat until dissolved. brush the salmon with sauce, then grill until the surface of fish bubbles, reapeat it .do in both sides

palce salmon on the top and pour with rest of sauce , add vegetables on side

ready to serve
