Prawn salad roll

The basic method for prawn salad, I took from vietnamese recipe.light, juice, and delicious. Sometimes I dont want to eat proposional lunch or just need snack before big meal.



rolls
peeled prawns, wash, drain and cooked
beansprouts
peas
carrot, julienned
roughly chopped coriander
sesame seeds(toasted hot, dry frying pan.)
vietnamese rice paper wrappers
sweet dipping sauce

dressing:
fish sauce
hoisin sauce
slice chili
mince garlic cloves.

method
combine the prawns, beansprouts, peas , carrot, coriander and sesame seeds in a separate bowl.pour over dressing and mix well

Dip the wrappers one by one in a bowl of hot water for about 30 seconds
Remove and lay on a board to softedn. place a spoonful of salad mixture in the centre of a wrapper, and roll it.

transfer the rolls to a large serving plate or divide between individual dishes.serve with chilli sauce.
