Gyoza sauce

A great dipping sauce.it also adds interest to finished dishes and is good as well for dipping and grilling fish and meat into.

how to make gyoza sauce?

Ingredient

garlic gloves, pelled and chopped
red chili, finely chopped
salt
sugar
malt vinegar
light soy sauce
sesame oil

method
blender garlic and chilli with salt.dissolve the sugar in the vinegar in a small pan over low heat.
